You can browse public content without an account, but personal actions such as favorites, profile management, and other account features require signing in.

Use the registration option and complete the required details. After registering, you can manage your profile and activity.

Use the password recovery option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Yes. From your profile or account settings you can update the information Pesyje allows you to edit.

KYC is an identity verification process that may be used when Pesyje needs to confirm the identity of a person or business owner performing a specific action.

Open the business profile and use the option to write a review. Choose a star rating and describe your experience using the review form.

Ratings use a 1-to-5-star scale. The higher the number of stars, the more positive the rating.

When photo uploads are enabled for the review form, you can attach photos that help document your experience.

If editing is available for your account and review, use the controls provided next to the review or in your profile.

If deletion is available for your review, you can remove it using the relevant account controls.

Use the report option next to the review when available. Reported reviews may be reviewed by the administration.

Reactions let you express whether a review was helpful, interesting, or how you felt about it, based on the reactions available on the platform.

Some reviews may go through moderation or checks before publication, especially when verification is needed or content has been reported.

If Pesyje offers an anonymous option for a review type, public identity may be hidden according to that feature’s rules. Necessary data may still be retained for safety and moderation.

Pesyje combines moderation, reporting, verification, and activity signals to reduce abusive or suspicious content.

Tap the heart icon on a business card or profile. Saved businesses can later be found in your account’s favorites section.

Pesyje may show notifications for account activity, interactions, and platform updates depending on the features and permissions you have enabled.

A business profile can include its name, logo, cover, rating, reviews, website, contact details, description, location, opening hours, services, gallery, and other enabled elements.

The verification badge indicates that Pesyje has completed the relevant verification process for the profile or business.

It means the business profile exists on Pesyje, but ownership has not yet been confirmed by a verified representative.

If the business has a registered website, use the 'Visit official website' button on the business profile.

When a business has address or coordinates available, the location section can take you to the map and directions.

Yes. Use the share button on the business profile to send its link through other apps or platforms.

Use the 'For Businesses' area and follow the registration process. You will be asked for core business details and the information needed to create the profile.

On the business profile, use the ownership claim option when available and follow the verification steps.

Pesyje includes employee and access-management features in the business dashboard, depending on account and plan configuration.

From the dashboard you can manage the business profile, reviews, subscription, transactions, opening hours, gallery, services/features, and other enabled tools.

When review responses are enabled for the business, the owner or authorized team can manage review interactions from the dashboard.

Premium plans unlock additional profile and business-dashboard features. Included features and limits depend on the selected plan.

Business Cover lets a business use a large cover image on its profile for a stronger visual presentation.

Business Gallery Premium lets businesses upload and organize photos into galleries and albums. Photo and album limits depend on the plan.

A business can publish weekly hours, opening intervals, and special hours. The profile can show whether it is open, closed, opening soon, or closing soon.

Special Hours are used for specific dates, holidays, or temporary schedule changes without changing the standard weekly hours.

Businesses can display amenities, services, and characteristics organized by categories and icons when the feature is enabled in their plan.

A business can have a QR Code that opens its Pesyje profile directly. It can be used in-store, on tables, receipts, posters, or marketing materials to collect reviews.

Yes. When available, the QR Code can be downloaded or printed from the profile/dashboard for physical use.

A business selects a plan, completes payment using an available method, and plan features are activated according to subscription status.

Transactions and subscription documents can be managed from the relevant sections in the Business Dashboard.

Premium features may be disabled or limited according to plan rules. Data may remain stored depending on how the feature is configured.

Yes. Photo, album, and other Premium-feature limits can vary by plan.

On devices and browsers that support PWA, Pesyje can be installed on the Home Screen and opened like an app.

Yes. The mobile footer menu is designed to work both in the PWA and in supported mobile browsers.

Discover is the primary action in the mobile menu. It takes you to business and content discovery and provides visual feedback when touched.

The PWA may cache some resources for a faster experience, but features that require fresh server data need an internet connection.

The Service Worker checks for updates. In some cases, a refresh or app update may be required to load the newest version.

Cookies are used for functionality, security, preferences, and improving the experience. When required, the cookie banner provides information and consent controls.
